Hello and a happy fall 2008 to all.
Another busy October upon us. I actually have work up in 3 exhibitions plus I'll be doing Open Studio for the 10th straight year.
Opening October 11th and running through November 22nd will be a show at Venus Gallery
on Cortland Avenue in San Francisco. The show will be with a great painter from New York, Peter Arvidson. I will have a bunch of new collages that I'm really excited about. Venus Gallery is at 627 Cortland Ave. Their phone number is 415-829-8465 and their hours are Wed-Sat. 3-9pm, Sunday 12-6. Opening reception Saturday October 11th, 6-9pm.
At the Katz Snyder Gallery in the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, I have a few older pieces in a show called "Jewish Magic: Folklore and Fantasy." The show runs from September 15th til December of 2008.
I'll have 13 pieces in an exhibition called "Cut Up/ Reassembled" at HBU University in Houston, Texas, from October 16th til November 14th, 2008.
I'll also be doing Open Studio the weekend of October 25th and 26th at my home studio. I will have a fair amount of new work here as well as at the Venus show.
